Job Responsibilities
- Manage US payroll operations including collecting timesheets, invoices, and forms, along with handling general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Support account and balance sheet reconciliation processes.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial reports.
- Interpret and implement accounting policies and regulations in accordance with applicable US accounting standards.
- Prepare, analyze, and review accounting records and financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting standards.
- Utilize computer applications such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP Business One, Sage, and other database or word processing software.
- Organize and maintain electronic filing systems, record attendance, correspondence, and other documentation as needed.
- Accurately complete necessary forms following company procedures.
Skills and Experience Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Proficient computer skills; possession of personal laptop and reliable Wi-Fi connection.
- A minimum of 1 to 4 years of experience in US accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll functions.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP principles.
- Expertise in QuickBooks, NetSuite, Tally, Microsoft Excel, and US payroll software.
- Experience managing accounts payable, receivable, payroll processes, and general ledger tasks.
- Capable of working independently with minimal guidance and collaboratively within a team environment.
- High accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and financial reporting.
- Professional interaction skills with clients and colleagues.
Educational Qualification
Graduate degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or a related discipline.
