Role Overview
The company is hiring an experienced Training Administrator to help run and coordinate training operations across multiple regions. This position plays a key part in onboarding, training compliance, RBT certification workflows, and supervision record management for Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) and clinical staff. The role works closely with the Director of Training and Training Manager to keep records audit-ready, support multi-state compliance, and uphold consistent training practices across the business.
Schedule and Work Setup
This is a remote role with a Monday to Friday day shift.
Compensation
Annual pay is listed at $70,000 to $74,250.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate multi-state audit processes for onboarding groups, making sure required training steps are completed on time.
- Run regular compliance reviews and actively follow up with trainees and supervisors when items are missing or overdue.
- Track RBT supervision requirements, send out monthly supervision tracking tools, and escalate any compliance risks when needed.
- Keep training dashboards, trackers, and documentation systems organized and current so records remain accurate and ready for audit review.
- Partner with Practice Managers/Coordinators, Scheduling Teams, Clinical Supervisors, and Credentialing to ensure onboarding moves smoothly and stays aligned with regulations.
- Handle additional duties as needed.
Requirements
- Either an active RBT certification or a bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Human Services, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in an ABA clinical environment.
- Background in training, mentoring, or coaching clinical team members.
- Strong grasp of ABA principles and how clinical services are delivered.
- Solid knowledge of BACB rules, RBT certification procedures, and data-tracking systems.
- Advanced skill in Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Slides, with the ability to manage large administrative workloads.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills and the ability to work independently with strong accountability.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities at once.
- Strong follow-through and self-management.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting audit preparation, high-volume tracking, follow-up work, or systems administration.
- Exposure to CentralReach, Safety Care, or similar platforms.
- Bilingual ability is considered an advantage.
