Overview
We seek a knowledgeable Title Examiner with comprehensive expertise in nationwide U.S. title examination, particularly skilled in full owner searches and tax search processes.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Possess over 4 years of experience in U.S. title examination.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in conducting complete owner searches.
- Have working knowledge of tax search and tax processing, which is highly advantageous.
- Be capable of handling title examinations across multiple U.S. states rather than focusing on just one.
- Be familiar with industry platforms and tools including DataTrace, DataTree, TitlePoint, Netronline, Doxpop, and other paid state-related systems.
- Availability to join the organization within 30 days is essential; those with longer notice periods are encouraged to stay connected for future opportunities.
