Role Summary

The Territory Manager role focuses on expanding Sciton’s footprint throughout Ireland by driving sales growth and fostering new business relationships. This field position demands frequent travel within the designated territory and aims to forge strong connections with aesthetic and medical sector clients, facilitating their success through Sciton’s cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic growth plans for the territory.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to increase market share.
  • Build and maintain enduring customer relationships in aesthetic and medical practices.
  • Educate clients on Sciton’s advanced laser technologies, supporting onboarding and training processes.
  • Ensure consistent territory coverage through prospecting and customer engagement activities.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
  • At least two years of successful sales experience, preferably within medical lasers, capital equipment, B2B, or quota-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in territory management, prospecting, cold calling, and closing sales.
  • Capable of extensive travel within Ireland.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM for managing sales activities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills paired with a consultative approach to build client trust and satisfaction.
  • Self-driven, well-organized, and able to meticulously track sales metrics.
  • Positive, collaborative mindset with a strong commitment to excellence and goal attainment.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a gross annual base salary of €55,000, subject to applicable tax and social contributions. In addition, incumbents can participate in a quarterly profit-sharing bonus program, contingent on meeting eligibility criteria and terms.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Ireland. The role demands extensive travel throughout the territory.
