Job Overview

Om Sai Enterprises is seeking a confident and results-driven Telecalling Executive specialized in debt recovery. The role involves contacting customers with overdue loan payments, encouraging timely repayments, and managing follow-ups professionally according to company regulations.

Main Duties

Initiate outbound calls to customers with delayed loan payments.
Conduct consistent follow-ups to recover outstanding amounts.
Negotiate repayment schedules following company policies.
Record call outcomes, follow-ups, and payment commitments accurately.
Address customer inquiries related to pending payments.
Meet daily and monthly collection targets.
Update customer details in the CRM or relevant systems.
Ensure all calls comply with company and regulatory standards.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum education: Completion of 12th standard; graduates preferred.
Open to freshers and candidates with prior experience.
Experience in telecalling, customer service, debt collection advantageous.
Proficient communication skills in Hindi; English proficiency is beneficial.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Basic proficiency in computers including MS Excel and Office.
Ability to handle objections professionally.
Goal-driven with a constructive mindset.
