Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to present product offerings and achieve sales objectives.
- Respond to inbound calls to resolve customer queries and provide post-purchase assistance or account support.
- Collect and verify client information while understanding their needs to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Maintain detailed customer records, including feedback and interactions, using CRM or database tools.
- Continuously update product knowledge including current features, costs, and ongoing promotions to deliver accurate information to clients.
Compensation
The salary ranges from 19000 to 72000 INR monthly, reflecting performance and experience levels.
