Overview
We are a UAE-based cybersecurity firm establishing a remote telecalling team situated in India. This opportunity is exclusively for candidates residing and working within India; applicants from the UAE or requiring visa/relocation support need not apply.
Role Summary
As a Telecaller Executive, you will engage in outbound calls to potential clients across the UAE, aiming to create interest and generate qualified leads for cybersecurity solutions. Your work will support the sales team by booking qualified meetings and following up on marketing activities.
Qualifications and Experience
The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years' experience specifically in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales within IT or cybersecurity domains. General experience in BPO, banking, or insurance sectors is not suitable. Exceptional spoken English skills are required, with a clear and neutral accent suitable for international communication.
Work Setup and Requirements

- Quiet home workspace conducive to remote working
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to businesses in the UAE to promote cybersecurity services
- Identify and qualify potential leads, arranging meetings for the business development team
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and event sign-ups
- Maintain accurate call records and update lead statuses within the CRM system
- Achieve set targets for calls made, customer interactions, and scheduled meetings on a weekly and monthly basis

- Self-disciplined and capable of managing work independently in a remote environment

Working Hours
The position requires availability during UAE business hours, Monday through Friday, operating remotely from India.
