Telecaller

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Telecaller to make outbound calls aimed at promoting our web, mobile application, and digital marketing services. This role focuses on lead generation for new business registrations, including Proprietorship, LLP, and Private Limited Company formations.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our service offerings.
• Generate leads for new business registration services.
• Engage businesses currently partnered with other CA firms to propose a seamless transition to our services.
• Clearly articulate service details, respond to client questions, and organize follow-up meetings or calls with sales or consulting teams.
• Keep comprehensive records of calls, leads, and scheduled follow-ups using CRM or call logs.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and lead generation.
• Build a strong rapport with prospective clients to convert inquiries into confirmed business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to handle new leads generated from campaigns.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum educational qualification: Completion of 12th grade or graduation in any discipline.
• Effective communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi (language proficiency as specified).
• Previous telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Confident and persuasive communicator, comfortable engaging business owners and decision-makers.
• Basic computer proficiency, including use of CRM software, spreadsheets, and messaging applications.
• Motivated and target-oriented with eagerness to learn about the range of services provided.

Compensation

The remuneration for this role ranges from 15,000 to 20,000 INR per month.
