About the Role

Sangamam Communications Private Limited is looking for energetic people to join its telecalling team. This position is a good starting point for freshers who want to build practical communication abilities while supporting business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Make outgoing calls to prospective customers or clients using the provided scripts or key discussion points.
• Present details about products or services in a convincing manner to create interest and potential leads.
• Answer questions and share information related to products, services, or current offers.
• Update call logs and customer information carefully in the database.
• Track leads and, when needed, arrange appointments or meetings for the sales team.
• Work in line with call scripts, internal procedures, and compliance requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum qualification of higher secondary school or an equivalent level of education.
• Clear spoken communication and a polite, professional telephone presence.
• Comfort in engaging with people over the phone.
• Basic computer skills for handling databases and entering call details.
• A willingness to learn and grow in the telecalling field.

Preferred Experience

• Any prior background in customer service or telemarketing will be helpful, though it is not compulsory.
• Exposure to CRM tools or call center software would be an added advantage.
