Role Responsibilities
- Drive new business development using strong sales skills to acquire and maintain client relationships.
- Perform full-cycle recruitment by leveraging advanced technology to source and place candidates fitting client needs.
- Conduct all activities with a leadership approach centered on kindness and respect.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of two years agency recruiting experience with demonstrated success in managing both client acquisition and candidate recruitment.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing placement, revenue, and performance goals.
- Ability to sustain strong internal and external professional relationships.
- Preferred experience includes recruiting technology roles or similar, proficiency using ATS tools like Bullhorn or Salesforce, and a bachelor’s degree.
