Job description
Position Summary
This remote, full-time Technical Recruiter role centers on advancing and enhancing an AI-driven recruitment platform named Zara. The incumbent will leverage machine learning expertise to automate sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement processes, collaborating closely with multiple teams to deliver scalable recruitment solutions.
Main Job Duties
- Architect, execute, and fine-tune machine learning algorithms to elevate candidate matching precision and speed on the Zara platform.
- Develop and sustain backend services that utilize natural language processing for parsing résumés and analyzing job postings.
- Integrate Zara seamlessly with applicant tracking systems, HR data repositories, and external job portals via API connections.
- Partner with data science and product teams to refine AI model training datasets and assess performance benchmarks.
- Ensure all development aligns with data privacy laws and ethical AI recruitment guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Python programming, alongside experience using machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Solid expertise in natural language processing with tools like spaCy or Hugging Face.
- Proven track record with deploying AI systems at scale within production environments.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and containerization platforms including Docker.
- Competence in both SQL and NoSQL database technologies for data retrieval and system integration.
- Understanding of ethical AI practices and strategies for mitigating bias in recruitment algorithms.
- Experience in designing RESTful APIs and employing microservices architecture.
- Background in creating and managing data pipelines and ETL workflows.
