About the Role
Join Jasara Program Management Company as a Technical Libraries Technician, a vital position responsible for managing and organizing technical documentation vital for our innovative project execution. In this role, you will ensure accurate record keeping, facilitate easy access to information, and uphold compliance with industry standards. You will collaborate closely with project teams to provide them with essential technical resources that support high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize technical libraries to guarantee straightforward access to all documentation
- Work with project teams to provide necessary technical materials and documents efficiently
- Support compliance with data management policies and ensure reliable archiving of project records
- Contribute to developing and enforcing policies and procedures for library resources
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Library Science, Information Management, or related disciplines
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in library services, information management, or documentation control, ideally within engineering or construction sectors
- Experience with document management systems and technical libraries
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) methodologies is advantageous
- Proficiency in database management and common office software tools
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
