Role Overview
We are seeking a diligent Team Member to join Samosa Party's Noida Sector 20 location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing food following established standard operating procedures (SOPs), delivering exceptional customer service, managing order packaging, and maintaining hygiene standards across kitchen and dining spaces.
Key Duties
- Prepare menu items accurately by adhering to SOPs.
- Serve customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Ensure precise packaging of all orders to maintain quality and accuracy.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in kitchen and dining areas.
- Follow grooming guidelines and wear a clean, proper uniform.
- Ensure orders are delivered to customers promptly.
