Role Summary

We are seeking a Team Lead to serve as a vital link between the leadership team and sales associates. This role supports operational store functions and motivates the team to exceed their goals. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Team Lead also provides leadership support and coverage in the absence of Store and Assistant Managers, while consistently demonstrating exemplary selling and customer service behaviors to foster an outstanding in-store experience for customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion a customer-focused sales culture and enhance brand loyalty through comprehensive product knowledge.
• Collaborate with store management to implement strategies that drive results and operational excellence.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve productivity and store operations.
• Assist with onboarding and training new associates.
• Coach team members on customer service standards and provide constructive feedback.
• Handle customer service issues when needed.
• Delegate tasks effectively to optimize store efficiency.
• Communicate individual and team performance insights to store management.
• Ensure team members take scheduled breaks and meal periods.
• Promote transparent and open communication on the sales floor.
• Enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Perform store opening and closing duties along with inventory-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum one year of relevant experience in retail apparel; luxury retail experience is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in leading a sales team and recognized as a peer leader.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems, daily cash handling, and timely report submissions.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain self-motivation.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
