Overview

Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) delivers a complimentary program focusing on rural youth in North India's Hindi belt, fostering productive mindsets, ethical values, and essential employability skills.

Primary Duties

• Deliver sessions on English speaking, personality enhancement, and fundamental digital abilities aligned with curriculum.
• Promote consistent student attendance through diligent follow-up and counseling methods.
• Create a dynamic and participatory classroom atmosphere.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, offering timely constructive feedback.
• Accurately maintain and submit assessments, attendance records, and related documentation promptly.
• Assist in student recruitment and admission processes via community engagement and guidance.
• Enforce discipline and motivate active involvement among students.
• Prepare lesson plans and educational materials ahead of each session.
• Facilitate speaking exercises, group dialogues, role-playing, and presentations to enhance communication capabilities.
• Offer guidance on interview readiness, résumé creation, and workplace etiquette.
• Communicate regularly with the Territory Manager by providing daily and weekly progress updates.
• Ensure course completion within schedule, achieving designated learning goals.
• Establish and maintain constructive relationships and address student concerns professionally.
• Adhere strictly to organizational policies, ethical conduct, and quality benchmarks.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and incorporation of feedback to refine teaching strategies.

Additional Information

Location options include Ambikapur and Balrampur in India.

This role requires on-site full-time commitment.
