Role Overview

The Talent Business Partner will be a key member of the team responsible for recruiting top talent across Viral Nation. This role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers to grasp business requirements, crafting strategic hiring initiatives, and attracting outstanding candidates. It demands a balance of strategic insight, hands-on execution, and excellent relationship management to onboard exceptional people across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: develop job descriptions, source qualified candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate selection procedures, and handle offer negotiations ensuring a smooth hiring journey.
• Design and implement sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines addressing present and future recruitment needs.
• Collaborate with hiring leads to understand role demands and advise on market dynamics and optimal recruitment practices.
• Maintain an excellent candidate experience through prompt communication and constructive feedback.
• Engage in recruitment-related events to boost awareness of career opportunities at Viral Nation.
• Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate hire effectiveness and refine staffing workflows.
• Stay informed on recruitment industry developments, standards, and emerging technologies.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years experience in talent acquisition within a high-volume recruiting context.
• Strong insight into marketing and technology sectors, preferably with agency experience.
• Proficiency using recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with Greenhouse is a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging candidates and stakeholders across organizational levels.
• Skilled at juggling multiple hiring projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience managing hiring for roles in performance marketing, client services, creative, and other marketing-related areas.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting different levels of role proficiency and impact. Compensation includes a comprehensive package of benefits and rewards aimed at supporting team growth. The final offer depends on factors like scope, experience, skills, and potential impact, assessed consistently during the hiring process.
