Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Overview

We are looking for a driven Recruitment Operations Specialist or Senior Specialist to enhance our talent acquisition, market research, and content operations across North America. This multi-faceted role involves managing recruitment execution, conducting market intelligence, supporting business development efforts, and creating social media content. The ideal candidate is analytical, resourceful, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-moving remote collaboration setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee job postings, screen resumes, source candidates, and build talent pipelines to meet urgent hiring demands.
• Perform initial outreach and screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, salary expectations, and suitability for roles.
• Coordinate the entire interview process efficiently, including scheduling, stakeholder communications, feedback gathering, and candidate follow-up.
• Independently assist in business development for U.S. clients by conducting outreach, assessing needs, consulting, and initiating partnership talks to foster client relations.
• Support team objectives through ad hoc projects and administrative duties as required.
• Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, providing weekly reports and periodic analytical summaries.
• Deliver timely and accurate market intelligence to fuel executive search and hiring initiatives.
• Track trends in North American talent markets, such as hiring demand, salary benchmarks, emerging roles, and industry shifts.
• Perform detailed research on target companies and sectors, creating structured analyses on hiring preferences, talent mapping, skill demands, and compensation.
• Convert complex research into insightful, data-driven content designed for social media platforms like Xiaohongshu (RED) and others.
• Assist in growing Xiaohongshu (RED) and TikTok accounts through strategic positioning, content planning, and brand development.
• Create original written content, design visuals, and produce/edit short videos independently.
• Monitor and optimize content performance by analyzing engagement metrics and refining publishing strategies.

Essential Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Proven candidate sourcing and evaluation skills, assessing expertise, communication, and cultural compatibility.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Experience with data tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, or R.
• Hands-on experience managing content on Xiaohongshu (RED) and/or TikTok, with a deep understanding of platform dynamics and audience behavior.
• Excellent Chinese language writing and copywriting skills, capable of producing engaging and widely shareable content.
• Proficient in graphic design and video editing software, with strong visual storytelling abilities.
• Strong research and synthesis aptitude to transform scattered information into clear, actionable insights.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Good understanding of North American employment laws and visa processes, including H-1B, OPT, Green Card, and state-specific regulations.
