Job Overview

As a Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead the complete recruitment lifecycle for technology-related positions, specifically focusing on roles in Engineering, Product, and Data domains. Acting as a trusted talent consultant, you will provide insights and guidance to business leaders and hiring managers to attract and secure candidates with the appropriate skills and expertise needed to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and support stakeholders during complex or sensitive discussions, leveraging deep expertise about recruitment trends and candidate pools in the Indian market.
  • Oversee offer preparation and conduct negotiations to secure acceptance.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates from offer acceptance through onboarding to minimize dropouts before the start date.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to identify potential talent acquisition challenges and upcoming business requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience managing full-cycle technical recruitment either internally or through agencies, specifically recruiting for Software Engineering roles such as SAP, Fullstack, Frontend, Mobile, and Application Development.
  • Experience managing hiring processes in high-volume recruitment environments.
  • Preference for candidates experienced in fast-paced technology organizations.
  • Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Advanced sourcing capabilities including Boolean search, x-ray techniques, and LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.
  • Skilled in talent profiling and candidate assessment methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills including effective copywriting.
  • Strong experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and providing advisory support.
  • Proficient negotiation abilities.
  • Data-oriented mindset with experience interpreting operational metrics and performance reports.
  • Basic knowledge of workforce planning and talent forecasting techniques.
