About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the organizational success by managing the recruitment, selection, and growth of top talent. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive recruitment lifecycle for positions at all levels throughout the organization.
- Implement innovative sourcing and candidate pipelining techniques to attract a diverse and skilled talent pool.
- Serve as a reliable talent acquisition consultant to company leaders.
- Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand business needs, forecast hiring demands, and provide recruiting solutions and training.
- Maintain expertise in the talent market and comply with labor laws to ensure legal recruitment practices.
- Collaborate with HR team members to optimize onboarding processes for new employees.
- Conduct educational workshops aimed at enhancing hiring quality and promoting best recruitment practices.
- Use talent analytics to guide recruitment strategies and decisions.
- Play an active role in employer branding through professional networks, representing company culture, and advising executive leadership on engagement opportunities.
- Identify enhancements to improve both candidate and internal hiring experiences.
- Work alongside the Senior Director of Talent Management on internal training and recruitment projects.
- Manage bi-annual analysis of salary bands.
- Review job descriptions to encourage inclusivity and minimize bias.
- Prepare quarterly recruiting performance reports and insights, presenting key findings to the Vice President of HR.
- Ensure data accuracy within the applicant tracking system for effective reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including a minimum of 2 years in an agency setting.
- In-depth understanding of talent evaluation with an emphasis on behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Proven success in sourcing, engaging, and securing qualified candidates at multiple levels.
- Experience leveraging labor market data to direct recruitment efforts.
- Ability to quickly adapt to shifting business priorities with resourcefulness and organization.
- Superior written and oral communication abilities.
- Comfort with independently managing complex tasks and following detailed instructions.
- Proficient with HR Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Compensation and Additional Information
The annual salary begins at $100,000, reflective of candidate experience and exclusive of the full compensation package. Further employee benefits will be discussed during the interview process by the Human Resources team.
