Talent Acquisition and Engagement Executive

Overview

The Concept Group is seeking a data-focused and commercially aware Talent Acquisition professional to manage recruitment strategies and convert them into tangible business benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, with an emphasis on high-volume and sales roles.
• Develop strong talent pipelines leveraging data insights, market research, and inventive sourcing methods.
• Monitor and enhance key recruitment metrics including Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance rates, Quality of Hire, and Attrition.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align workforce requirements with effective recruitment plans.
• Execute structured interviews and assessments that uphold company hiring standards.
• Produce recruitment reports and actionable insights to inform workforce planning.
• Contribute to employer branding, improve the candidate experience, and optimize recruitment processes.

Candidate Profile

• Between 3 and 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or related HR functions.
• Proven expertise in handling mass or high-volume recruitment, ideally within Financial Services, Fintech, FMCG, Telecoms, or comparable sectors.
• Strong proficiency in Excel coupled with analytical, reporting, and numerical capabilities.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting recruitment goals and driving measurable hiring success.
• Possession of CIPM, HRM certification, or other relevant professional qualifications is mandatory.
• Excellent interviewing skills, effective stakeholder management, and outstanding communication abilities.
• Capability to translate recruitment data into strategic business decisions and improvements.

Compensation

Monthly compensation ranges between ₦335,000 and ₦523,000, dependent on experience.
