Role Responsibilities

• Carry out alterations, repairs, and tailoring for associates' uniforms and hotel linen products.
• Accurately measure, fit, and modify garments according to specific requirements.
• Promptly fix torn, worn, or damaged textile items to maintain brand standards.
• Safely operate sewing machines, pressing equipment, and relevant tailoring tools.
• Perform regular uniform inspections to uphold quality and presentation standards.
• Manage the inventory of tailoring supplies and communicate the need for replenishments.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hotel operational policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and laundry teams to support efficient service delivery.
• Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional workplace environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Tailor, Seamstress, or Alterations Specialist, with preference for hospitality industry knowledge.
• Comprehensive understanding of garment construction, sewing methods, and various fabric types.
• Skillful operation of industrial sewing equipment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
• Effective communication and cooperation abilities within a team setting.
• Capability to perform well in a dynamic and high-paced work environment without compromising standards.

This full-time non-management position is located at Ras Abu Abboud Street in Doha, Qatar.
