About the Role and Company
Setters Investment Limited is actively recruiting skilled Supply Chain & ERP Specialists to join their team in Accra, Ghana. This is a full-time position within the logistics sector, focusing on the management and technical support of supply chain operations using the Kingdee K3 ERP system (Chinese version). The role demands strong cross-cultural communication and compliance expertise to support collaboration with the Beijing headquarters and local teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Master the data flow logic, operational principles, and functionalities of the Chinese supply chain ecosystem and Kingdee K3 system.
- Provide tailored training sessions for team members on ERP and supply chain operations.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis within Kingdee K3 ERP to ensure operational accuracy.
- Monitor and ensure supply chain service standards and regulatory compliance.
- Communicate fluently in Mandarin with the headquarters, and report updates and inquiries to management.
- Manage account setups and oversee supplier performance and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical system errors in Kingdee K3.
- Track production costs daily and perform weekly financial settlements.
- Compile monthly financial reports and analyze budget variances.
- Formulate annual budgets for material consumption aligned with production schedules.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
- Professional certification in Kingdee K3 ERP is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with Kingdee K3 ERP (Chinese version), focusing on supply chain, finance, or production modules.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin to effectively liaise with Beijing HQ.
- Strong business-level English skills for local documentation and reporting.
- Well-versed with Ghanaian labor laws, tax rules, and supply chain compliance requirements.
- Experience in Chinese-Ghanaian business settings is a significant plus.
- Knowledge of Ghanaian import/export logistics, including customs and shipping procedures.
- Proven ability to train local employees on ERP systems and supply chain practices.
- Basic IT competencies, such as database queries and log file analysis, are beneficial.
Compensation and Location
The salary offered is competitive and negotiable, based on experience and qualifications. This role is based in Accra, Ghana.
