As we expand through direct-to-consumer, Amazon, wholesale, and retail channels, we are establishing a robust operations infrastructure for sustained growth. We seek a hands-on, solution-oriented Supply Chain & Operations Manager to enhance our systems and contribute to building a world-class operations team.

Role Overview

In this role, you will report directly to the co-founders and collaborate closely with our CEO, taking full responsibility for daily supply chain and operational activities. Your duties will include coordinating with manufacturers, suppliers, freight companies, overseeing inventory and fulfillment, managing wholesale orders, and working alongside third-party logistics partners. This central role involves cross-functional collaboration with leadership, sales, finance, marketing, customer experience, manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, freight providers, and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate production planning and schedules with manufacturing partners.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and procure raw materials efficiently.
• Plan and oversee inventory management for all sales channels.
• Organize inbound and outbound freight transportation with logistics providers.
• Administer warehouse and third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships.
• Monitor production deadlines proactively to identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Manage Certificates of Analysis (COAs), product specifications, and quality documentation.
• Continuously enhance forecasting, purchasing, and production processes.
• Execute wholesale and B2B orders from purchase order acceptance through to delivery.
• Ensure order accuracy and timely shipping through strong coordination with fulfillment and warehouse teams.
• Track and allocate inventory across DTC, Amazon, wholesale, and retail channels.
• Address operational challenges while keeping all stakeholders informed.
• Drive operational excellence at every customer interaction point.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions including the integration of AI, automation, and technology to reduce manual workload.
• Enhance dashboards, reporting, and overall visibility of operational metrics.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enable scalable business operations.
• Evaluate and recommend software or systems that improve operational execution.
• Lead cross-functional projects and build strong relationships across the organization and external partners.
• Maintain efficient information flow throughout the company by liaising with founders, CEO, finance, sales, marketing, and customer service teams.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in supply chain management, manufacturing operations, logistics, procurement, or business operations.
• Proven experience collaborating with manufacturers, suppliers, freight firms, and third-party logistics providers.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Familiar with ERP systems, inventory management tools, or supply chain software.
• Experience with AI tools and workflow automation is highly preferred.
• Prior work experience in consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, manufacturing, or fast-scaling startup environments is advantageous.
