Role Summary

We are recruiting a Supply Chain Analyst who will join our Supply Chain team and report directly to the Senior Contracts Advisor. This position is critical for enhancing competitive advantage through efficient and ethical supply chain management. The successful candidate will facilitate sourcing and contracting processes, assist in commercial negotiations, and ensure timely, compliant delivery of goods and services needed for operations and projects.

As a key business partner, the analyst will liaise closely with internal teams and external suppliers to support safe, efficient, and commercially responsible supply chain solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to company HSEQ policies and procedures in all supply chain activities.
• Initiate, negotiate, and oversee commercial, legal, and HSEQ terms in contracts, purchase orders, and service agreements.
• Coordinate procurement efforts to guarantee timely receipt of materials, equipment, and services.
• Support contractor oversight and HSEQ functions to uphold safe and dependable operations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with supply chain processes and governance standards.
• Review and suggest enhancements to contracting and procurement procedures for increased efficiency.
• Serve as the liaison between operational groups and specialists related to dangerous goods, lifting equipment, and personal protective equipment.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to maintain compliant procurement and contracting.
• Assist in contractor and contingent workforce management, including IR35 compliance and related documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related area, or equivalent practical experience.
• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or supply chain; experience in exploration & production or energy sectors is advantageous.
• Knowledge of procurement procedures, contract administration, and supplier relationship management.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel with experience in ERP systems, SAP preferred.
• Progressing towards CIPS certification is desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive approach with the capability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
