Though originally founded in London, the team now operates near Chipping Norton, supporting clients both across the UK and worldwide.
Role Overview
The Studio Growth Executive role is an entry-level position central to creating and nurturing new business opportunities for the studio. The individual will identify appropriate prospects, initiate meaningful conversations, and connect potential clients with the founder. Responsibilities encompass research, outreach management, CRM maintenance, and supporting pitch and proposal processes, alongside assisting with marketing efforts to promote the studio’s latest work and viewpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential clients, founders, scale-ups, brand teams, venture capitalists, and partners.
- Compile targeted prospect lists and recognize signals such as funding rounds, launches, rebrands, new hires, or moments of growth.
- Draft personalized outreach emails and assist with LinkedIn outreach including follow-ups.
- Arrange introductory calls, chemistry meetings, and support pitch conversations.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) tool, ensuring detailed tracking of leads, communications, proposals, and action points.
- Assist in preparing pipeline updates and keep warm leads active.
- Support preparation for pitches, credentials presentations, proposals, and statements of work.
- Contribute to creative marketing by transforming studio work and insights into content, managing LinkedIn posts, case studies, and outreach materials.
- Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns, identify relevant studio stories, and monitor partnerships and PR opportunities for initiating conversations.
Candidate Profile
- You may be a recent graduate or someone early in your career, potentially from varied fields such as sales, marketing, research, recruitment, events, or hospitality.
- Possess strong curiosity with a commercial mindset.
- Excelling in writing clear and thoughtful messages.
- Comfortable engaging with unfamiliar contacts.
- Skilled in research, detail orientation, and recognizing valuable signals.
- Highly organized, capable of keeping CRM systems accurate and up to date.
- Persistent in follow-ups without being overbearing.
- Interested in brands, design, startups, technology, AI, and creative industries.
- Able to discern the significance of different opportunities.
Work Conditions and Setup
- Full-time, permanent position based in the Cotswolds, just outside Chipping Norton.
- Hybrid working model requiring minimum three days per week onsite.
- Occasional travel to London for meetings and pitches may be required.
- Close collaboration with the studio founder.
- Applicants must have legal right to work in the UK.
