Role Overview

As a Strategy Specialist within the CEO office, reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer & Chief of Staff, your primary role will be to help define and communicate the bank-wide strategic agenda. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment between long-term strategies and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate the overall strategic direction of the bank, effectively communicating this to internal stakeholders.
• Bridge long-term strategy with the bank’s OKRs to drive alignment across departments.
• Provide support for major initiatives and projects as assigned by the CEO and Chief Strategy Officer, including both strategic and tactical efforts.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality materials for Board meetings and other significant forums.
• Assist with investor relations activities and collaborate with the communications team for major media engagements.
• Champion the bank’s culture by identifying opportunities and leading initiatives that foster positive impact.

Technical Competencies

• Strong conceptual and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Expertise in financial modeling.

Candidate Profile

• At least 5 years experience in strategy, planning, or business analysis within digital or retail banking, or management consulting focused on these industries.
• Demonstrated proficiency in strategy formulation and strategic planning.
• Experience at top-tier management consulting firms is a significant advantage.
• High aptitude in data analysis and working effectively with numerical information.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of producing persuasive presentations and reports.
• Highly organized and adept at managing shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Genuine enthusiasm for digital banking advancements.
