Job description
Role Overview
Join the Civil Helicopters team as a Storeperson based in Perth, Western Australia, supporting our Oil & Gas Platform operations. Your core responsibility will be managing all warehouse inventory meticulously, from small fasteners to major components, while ensuring full compliance with aviation standards and regulations.
Key Duties
- Conduct incoming quality checks on all shipments to guarantee adherence to CASA, EASA, and AAP Quality Management System requirements.
- Manage logistics including international and domestic freight movement among Perth, Europe, and customer locations.
- Prepare and package outbound goods securely, customizing processes according to destination and transportation mode.
- Safely handle Dangerous Goods and consumables, following strict Airbus protocols.
- Participate actively in quarantine procedures and maintain accurate records related to Material Review Board outcomes.
- Support Aircraft-On-Ground scenarios by being part of the on-call roster, responding promptly to urgent operational needs.
Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Formal education or equivalent experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Freight, Distribution, or related fields.
- Valid Australian Forklift License or capability to obtain it shortly.
- Holds a current Australian Driver's License.
- Relevant background in aeronautical logistics and warehouse management.
- Familiarity with aviation regulatory frameworks such as CASA and EASA, plus ITAR compliance.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, MILIS, or equivalent preferred but not essential.
- Competence in managing Dangerous Goods and coordinating international shipments.
- Flexibility to join an on-call rotation supporting Aircraft-On-Ground operations during and outside of standard hours.
