Responsibilities

• Lead your store team with assistance from the deputy store manager
• Manage store appearance, ordering processes, implementation of presentation guidelines, and daily operational tasks
• Handle personnel management including scheduling and fostering employee development
• Recruit and build your store team
• Coordinate with regional management to review results and develop the store

Requirements

• Completed vocational training; ideally experience in a similar retail management role
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and provide feedback to the team
• Availability to work 40 hours weekly across 5 days, including regular evenings and weekends
• Willingness to undergo an 8-week training program in one of our trainer stores in Germany
