As a Store Manager in Munich, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring alignment with the company's mission while cultivating a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement effective retail strategies tailored to the local customer base and market competition.
• Apply business insights and key performance indicators to support growth and profitability.
• Lead and motivate store teams using company tools and strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Promote ALO's mission and values to customers and staff alike, fostering an inclusive and accountable culture.
• Manage talent by conducting assessments and developing career progression plans to retain top performers.
• Oversee recruitment and succession planning to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Supervise operations, sales, service, and visual merchandising managers to ensure adherence to operational standards and visual excellence.
• Ensure a safe retail environment and efficient daily store functioning.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support broader organizational objectives.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, embedding ALO’s mission throughout the store culture.
• Maintain clear internal communication channels within the store environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated leadership experience within retail or appropriate related sectors.
• Proficient with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Capability to multitask adeptly in dynamic, fast-changing settings.
• Strong motivation to drive business performance in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and hold oneself accountable.
• Commitment to embodying ALO's Guiding Principles in daily operations.
• Physical ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds; perform actions such as bending, kneeling, climbing ladders safely; and remain standing and active throughout shifts.
• Legal authorization to live and work in Germany from the start of employment.

Working Conditions and Additional Information

• This is a full-time position requiring availability for opening, closing, and weekend shifts, with schedules subject to change.
• Employees must be available from Black Friday through the end of the holiday season into early January.
