Job Responsibilities
- Handle cash and fuel transactions accurately ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to create a welcoming environment.
- Stock shelves and manage inventory diligently.
- Prepare food items safely and maintain food service hygiene standards, including coffee preparation.
- Engage positively with customers and foster a strong team camaraderie.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service consistently.
- Commitment to keeping a clean, safe, and customer-ready store environment.
- Proficiency in safe food preparation and presentation practices compliant with health codes.
- Competence in cash and fuel transaction handling and promoting the rewards loyalty program.
- Capability to multitask, including repeated physical activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
