About the Role

As a Stock Operator (m/w/d) at Levi Strauss & Co., you will work in an environment that values innovation and change. You will act as the vital link between the store's sales floor and the stockroom. Collaborating closely with the Stock Manager or Store Manager, you will play a key role in managing stock supplies and delivering an excellent shopping experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing store sales and KPIs in collaboration with the Store Manager to identify sales opportunities
• Ensuring the daily replenishment of merchandise is conducted accurately and efficiently
• Training store employees on stock management policies and standards
• Maintaining well-organized, clearly labeled, and properly displayed products in both the sales and stock areas
• Organizing and overseeing the stockroom operations
• Providing support to the sales team on the floor
