Solution Architect - Microsoft Power Platform (Immediate Joiner)

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Power Platform Solution Architect to provide architectural expertise, technical leadership, and governance for key Microsoft Power Platform and AI business solution projects. This role involves gradually taking charge of the SRM engagement and acting as the primary technical lead for ongoing AI application initiatives involving Copilot and related technologies.

Key Duties

• Offer technical leadership and architectural consulting on Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Support and progressively assume full responsibility of the SRM engagement.
• Lead Copilot and AI Business Applications projects as the designated Solution Architect.
• Drive the design, governance, adherence to best practices, and conduct technical assessments across assigned engagements.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders including clients and delivery teams to ensure successful deployments.
• Define and implement integration approaches, architectural frameworks, and automation strategies.
• Guide and mentor development teams to follow Power Platform and Azure best practices.
• Oversee delivery governance, manage technical risks, and lead decision-making processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A total of 8 to 10 years in IT with deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Practical experience in at least one programming language such as .NET, C#, Java, or Python.
• Proficiency in Power Automate and Canvas Apps development.
• Hands-on experience with at least two of these: Copilot Studio, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages.
• Experience designing and working with APIs, custom connectors, and enterprise integration solutions.
• Familiarity with SQL, Dataverse, and Azure cloud services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI Builder and AI technologies including Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, or Agentic AI.
• Knowledge of Azure OpenAI Service, AI Foundry, or related AI platforms.
• Background in technical governance and architecture reviews.

Candidate Profile

• Experience working directly with clients in a consulting capacity.
• Demonstrated success designing and delivering complex enterprise Power Platform solutions.
• Skilled in leading technical discussions with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and architecture design skills.
