Role Overview
As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Your role includes creating engaging posts, reels, videos, and persuasive content that captivates audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and carry out social media campaigns to boost brand presence and lead generation.
- Create and manage content calendars, ensuring timely and organized publication of posts.
- Develop innovative marketing ideas to enhance reach and brand visibility.
- Engage with the community to foster audience interaction and growth.
- Keep track of the latest trends in social media and leverage them to produce effective content.
- Collaborate closely with design and counselling teams to deliver impactful promotional campaigns.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- A creative thinker with a proactive and innovative mindset.
- Proficient in content creation including video shooting and editing, alongside strong copywriting skills.
- A strong passion for digital marketing combined with eagerness for continuous learning and improvement.
- Self-driven, detail-conscious, and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Experience with Canva, Meta advertising platforms, and fundamental video editing software.
