The company collaborates with over 3,000 skilled weavers across eight Indian states and specializes in authentic handloom sarees made from pure silk and cotton. Their products are celebrated for their luminous finish, sophisticated designs, and intricate craftsmanship, blending timeless tradition with modern style.
Role Overview
If you are enthusiastic about fashion, storytelling, social media, and influencer marketing, this role offers an opportunity to enhance the digital footprint of one of India's premier handloom and saree brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Create compelling content such as captions, reels, and fashion-oriented narratives.
- Design and implement social media campaigns along with maintaining content calendars.
- Plan and manage influencer marketing initiatives.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with fashion influencers and content creators.
- Monitor performance, collaborations, and return on investment of influencer campaigns.
- Collaborate with photographers, designers, and marketing teams to generate engaging content.
- Compose product descriptions, blog posts, and brand messaging materials.
- Attend and cover fashion events, photoshoots, exhibitions, and other brand-related activities.
- Keep up-to-date with social media trends and competitor activities.
- Analyze performance data for social media and campaigns to drive growth.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Educational background in Fashion Communication, Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related areas.
- Between 0 to 3 years of experience in social media management, fashion communication, or influencer marketing roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and influencer marketing platforms.
- Basic proficiency in creative software like Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut.
- Deep passion for Indian textiles, handlooms, fashion, and luxury retail sector.
- Creative thinker with strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships and a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
