- Support content capture on set by spotting behind-the-scenes moments and social-first opportunities.
- Bring forward new content ideas, creative concepts, and fresh ways to present the brand across social channels.
- Manage Instagram activity across posts, Stories, and Reels with consistent brand alignment and quality.
- Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely, thoughtful, and brand-appropriate way.
- Help manage customer and product enquiries received through social platforms to deliver a smooth customer experience.
- Coordinate creator collaborations from outreach to delivery, including briefing, tracking outputs, and keeping communication clear throughout.
- Keep up with platform updates, audience trends, and shifts in social behaviour, then share useful insights with the team.
- Assist with weekly and monthly reporting by reviewing performance, extracting insights, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
What You Need
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep brand standards consistent across all content.
- Prior experience managing social media content in a fast-moving environment, ideally in fashion or beauty, with solid knowledge of Instagram and TikTok best practices.
- Confidence producing and editing short-form video, including filming independently when required.
- A good grasp of TikTok culture, trends, and how users behave on the platform.
- Creative initiative and the confidence to propose new ideas and spot ways to improve content performance.
- Strong written communication skills for engaging with audiences in a genuine and brand-aligned tone.
- A data-led approach with the ability to read performance metrics and turn them into practical recommendations.
- Excellent planning and time management skills for juggling multiple priorities at once.
- A proactive and accountable work style, with ownership of tasks and a willingness to solve problems independently.
