About the Role

Join a proactive health and wellness enterprise led by its founders, renowned for its authenticity and loyal customer base fueled by excellent products. The company is poised to elevate its brand narrative across two brands—one established, and another launching soon in Australia. We're in search of a proactive Content Creator who is passionate about digital content and eager to redefine health communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce engaging content for both organic reach and paid campaigns, focusing primarily on Instagram.
• Appear confidently on camera as a prominent face representing the brands.
• Manage the Instagram account comprehensively, including posts, stories, and direct messages.
• Develop authentic relationships with creators, micro-influencers, and key opinion leaders, going beyond superficial engagement.
• Participate actively in brand events, collaborations, and partnerships with enthusiasm.
• Quickly adapt and transform successful trends and insights into impactful content.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Proficient video editing skills, at minimum familiarity with CapCut; advanced digital native skills are highly advantageous.
• Strong digital presence and an intuitive grasp of compelling hooks and attention-grabbing communication within seconds.
• Comfortable and natural in front of the camera, capable of speaking without scripts.
• Experience managing Instagram accounts holistically including responsive direct message handling.
• Established ability to engage and maintain authentic connections with creators and influencers.
• Deep commitment to the company's mission and personal career growth, self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with initiative beyond daily tasks.
• Research-oriented approach; adept at uncovering insights through analysis of reviews, comments, and audience conversations to craft psychologically effective content.
