Role overview
Régisseur App is looking for a creative, highly organized, and trend-aware Social Media Content Creator to strengthen the company’s presence across digital channels. Based in New York, NY and working on-site, this position will focus on building audience awareness and engagement through thoughtful, platform-specific content.
You will turn product updates, company announcements, customer stories, event moments, partnerships, and industry trends into content that informs, inspires, and drives interaction. The role calls for a balance of storytelling, planning, and day-to-day social media execution in a fast-moving startup setting.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, produce, and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and newer social platforms.
- Craft captions, post copy, and headlines that reflect the Régisseur App brand voice.
- Work with designers to create graphics, short-form videos, reels, stories, and campaign assets.
- Adapt product launches, company updates, blog content, events, and partnerships into channel-specific posts.
- Build and keep an organized content calendar.
- Review messages and comments, participate in community interaction, and support audience growth.
- Use analytics tools to measure performance and prepare recurring reports.
- Experiment with formats, trends, and growth tactics to improve reach and engagement.
- Partner with product, marketing, and partnerships teams during launches and promotional campaigns.
- Occasionally take photos and record videos at company events, partner meetings, and industry conferences.
What the role calls for
- Hands-on experience managing social media for brands, startups, agencies, or creators.
- Strong command of writing, editing, and narrative storytelling, with careful attention to detail.
- Experience producing content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
- Comfort with short-form video, reels, stories, and social-first content creation.
- Ability to use tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of content calendars, platform best practices, audience engagement, and social analytics.
- Capacity to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in New York City and attend occasional events for content capture.
- Self-driven, structured, and open to testing new ideas and emerging trends.
- Background in marketing, communications, media, content creation, or social media management is preferred.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Interest in technology, entertainment, hospitality, live events, or the creator economy is a strong plus.
