Role Overview

Gluten Free & More is seeking a creative, energetic, and proactive Social Media & Content Creation Assistant to support its food magazine and website from the Dunedin office. This in-person role is suited to someone who enjoys food media, visual storytelling, and building engaging digital content that keeps audiences interested.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop original, attention-grabbing content for the company’s social channels.
• Photograph food and lifestyle subjects in a visually appealing way.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and upload Reels and other short-form video content.
• Design entertaining, timely, and highly shareable memes and graphics.
• Handle content publishing and day-to-day presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Monitor trends and bring fresh ideas to the content calendar.
• Appear on camera when needed for videos, interviews, live content, and promotional material.
• Support community growth and help boost engagement across online audiences.

What We’re Looking For

• A self-motivated creative who can take initiative and work well in a busy, fast-moving setting.
• Strong interest in content creation and social media.
• Good visual sense for photography and storytelling through images.
• Confidence in filming and editing short-form video.
• Comfort with occasional on-camera appearances, including live videos and social promos.
• Understanding of what content performs best on different platforms.
• Interest in food, hospitality, or lifestyle content is highly valued.
