Job Role and Responsibilities

The key duties include replying to direct messages on these platforms and generating five post drafts weekly that align with our brand identity. The candidate will be responsible for learning and adapting to our unique brand voice to maintain consistency across communications. Furthermore, the role demands setting up systems for automatic escalation of complaint cases to ensure swift problem resolution.
