About the Company
Perla Enviro Systems Pvt. Ltd. is a growing engineering firm specializing in cutting-edge CAMUS (Soil Based Technology) solutions for Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP). The organization focuses on delivering eco-friendly, energy-efficient water treatment systems suited for institutional, residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily execution of STP and ETP site projects ensuring compliance with design and schedule.
- Manage and coordinate activities across civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, and commissioning teams.
- Monitor site quality, safety standards, and productivity metrics continuously.
- Liaise effectively with contractors, consultants, clients, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow.
- Conduct measurement verification and prepare comprehensive daily progress reports.
- Plan and allocate resources including manpower, materials, and equipment strategically.
- Ensure projects are completed on time while upholding quality benchmarks.
- Assist with testing phases, trial runs, commissioning, and seamless handover procedures.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations throughout project phases.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3-4 years experience specifically in STP/ETP, WTP, plumbing, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Working knowledge of RCC construction, piping systems, pumps, valves, and equipment installation practices.
- Strong grasp of construction sequencing and quality control processes.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word); AutoCAD familiarity is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate among diverse teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana regions.
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on exposure to Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP).
- Experience with Water Treatment Plants (WTP), pumping stations, and utility infrastructure projects.
- Background in environmental engineering projects will be favored.
