Site Supervisor – Security Solutions

Job Summary

NAFFCO seeks a skilled Site Supervisor to manage the installation, testing, commissioning, and upkeep of security systems across project locations. The appointed candidate will guide site operations, liaise with clients and project teams, ensure adherence to safety and timeline targets, and uphold superior quality standards throughout all project stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup and commissioning of security technologies such as CCTV, Access Control, Video Intercom, Structured Cabling, Gate Barriers, Parking Management, and related ELV systems.
• Direct daily site tasks and supervise technicians and subcontractors to promote efficient project completion.
• Analyze project drawings, technical specifications, and installation plans prior to commencement.
• Track project milestones ensuring completion within approved schedules and quality criteria.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, clients, and main contractors to solve technical and site-related challenges.
• Ensure all installations align with project requirements, local laws, and company quality frameworks.
• Prepare and maintain progress updates regularly along with precise site records.
• Manage material requisitions and coordinate with internal departments to secure timely supplies.
• Conduct site inspections and contribute to testing, commissioning, defect rectification, and final handover activities.
• Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies consistently at all project sites.
• Support documentation processes including project paperwork, payment claims, and completion reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related fields.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in Security System or ELV-related projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of CCTV, Access Control, Video Intercom, Structured Cabling, and associated security systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical project specifications.
• Well-versed in installation, testing, and commissioning workflows.
• Knowledge of local codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple site tasks under pressure.
• Experience working in UAE or Gulf Cooperation Council countries is advantageous.
