Job Overview

We are inviting enthusiastic Civil Engineering graduates to join our team as Site Engineers. This opportunity allows fresh graduates to develop practical skills on construction projects, working closely with seasoned professionals.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support supervision of day-to-day construction operations at project locations.
• Track project advancement ensuring adherence to approved plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Generate and keep up-to-date daily site reports and essential project documentation.
• Ensure all activities comply with quality benchmarks, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Assist in inspecting materials and verifying quantities.
• Communicate project status, site challenges, and progress updates to senior engineering staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, ideally from a recognized UAE university.
• Fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of internship or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of construction techniques and engineering fundamentals.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective communication, analytical abilities, and a strong team-oriented approach.
• Readiness to work at various project sites across the UAE.
