The role focuses on identifying, negotiating, and securing new locations that align with the company’s growth ambitions, ensuring sites are commercially sound and available on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct active field visits to find promising store sites within designated areas.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of site opportunities gathered from field scouting, broker relationships, and market insights.
• Capture detailed photographic and video documentation of each potential site including environment and accessibility factors.
• Deliver initial site assessments and contact summaries to Acquisition Managers for deeper commercial analysis.
• Expand sourcing networks by introducing new developers, landlords, and relevant market contacts to the acquisition team.

Candidate Profile

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or an equivalent discipline.

Experience: Between 2 to 4 years working in site acquisition, real estate leasing, or property development fields. Prior retail site acquisition and location evaluation experience is advantageous.

Skill Set: Strong foundation in real estate market research, commercial leasing, negotiation tactics, and landlord relationship management. Proficient in feasibility studies, due diligence, and project coordination. Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI are required.
