Position Overview

The Showroom Supervisor plays a critical role in delivering expert design and sales advice to customers while managing the daily operations of the showroom. This position ensures exceptional customer service, meets sales objectives, maintains showroom appearance, and collaborates with internal teams for seamless delivery and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to clients on product choice, design concepts, and space utilization tailored to their needs.
• Create design schematics, detailed quotations, and proposals to support client decisions.
• Foster strong client relations to drive sales achievements through engaging service.
• Oversee daily showroom workflow ensuring efficient and organized processes.
• Work in coordination with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to guarantee punctual delivery, installation, and inventory replenishment.
• Manage showroom stock levels by liaising with the warehouse team.
• Assist in organizing showroom displays, promotional campaigns, product demos, and relevant marketing efforts.
• Compile periodic reports detailing sales performance, customer queries, inventory status, and general showroom effectiveness.
