Shift Lead

Role Overview

B&Q Harlow is seeking a dedicated Shift Lead to join on a permanent, full-time basis working 36.75 hours per week. This keyholder role includes shifts starting as early as 6am and ending as late as 9pm. The position offers an annual salary equivalent to 27,709.50, which includes a store-specific location allowance of 0.27 per hour, along with pension benefits and 6.6 weeks of holiday.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central figure during shifts, ensuring smooth store operations daily.
• Manage colleague deployment effectively to maximize customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary contact point for both customers and team members on your shift.
• Maintain a safe environment within the store at all times, ensuring compliance with safety policies.
