Role Overview

This position involves providing friendly and professional customer service, packing customer orders, and assisting with other departmental needs. It contributes to fostering employee engagement and customer loyalty.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service tailored to clients' needs
• Assist customers in carrying their purchases
• Follow hygiene standards to maintain cleanliness in the department
• Ensure sufficient stock levels in the department
• Perform merchandising duties within the service area
• Support other departments and roles as required
• Adhere to and implement all applicable company policies and standards

Candidate Attributes and Qualifications

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Partial completion of secondary education
• No prior experience necessary
