About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Handle incoming calls and provide fast, courteous, and professional assistance.
  • Investigate and resolve issues independently where possible, or partner with internal teams to reach a solution.
  • Keep customers updated in a clear, confident, and timely manner throughout the support process.
  • Record, prioritise, and manage cases in ConnectWise, taking responsibility for them until they are fully resolved.
  • Collaborate within a close-knit team that values teamwork, ownership, accountability, and getting the job done correctly the first time.
