About the Role
We are seeking a driven Service Consultant to become part of our field sales team, ideal for those who excel in goal-oriented settings and enjoy direct customer interactions while promoting telecom services and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients across designated territories through door-to-door visits to residential, commercial, and corporate locations.
- Promote and sell telecom offerings tailored to customer needs, establishing and nurturing relationships to build new business prospects.
- Consistently achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of telecom products, pricing, services, and promotions to effectively present features and benefits and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process and onboarding experience.
- Generate leads via cold calls, referrals, networking, and community involvement; recognize potential markets and growth opportunities while providing market feedback and competitor insights to management.
- Deliver outstanding customer service pre- and post-sale, resolve inquiries swiftly, and update customer and sales data accurately in CRM systems.
- Regularly monitor and document sales performance, ensuring timely completion of all sales-related paperwork.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related discipline is advantageous.
- Preferred experience includes field sales, outdoor sales, direct sales, or telecom sales roles.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong skills in communication, interpersonal relations, and negotiation.
- Self-driven, client-oriented, and focused on results.
- Able to work independently as well as cooperatively in team settings.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM software platforms.
Additional Information
- This is a field-based position requiring daily visits to customers within assigned territories.
- Travel within the designated area is expected every day.
- Work hours are flexible and may include occasional evenings or weekends depending on operational needs.
