Ortu Software is seeking a skilled SEO Specialist who is proficient in both conventional SEO practices and the emerging landscape of AI-driven search technologies. This role offers the opportunity to enhance organic search presence, attract quality traffic, and contribute to business expansion by leveraging advanced SEO techniques tailored for traditional search engines and AI-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that boost online visibility and organic traffic.
• Conduct detailed technical SEO audits and apply necessary optimizations.
• Perform in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and interpret search intent to guide content and SEO planning.
• Enhance site architecture, internal linking frameworks, and content structure for better performance.
• Implement and verify structured data using Schema markup to improve search results features.
• Optimize website crawlability, indexability, and enhance Core Web Vitals metrics.
• Develop and maintain topical authority through strategic content planning.
• Track SEO outcomes and discover new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively with development, design, and content teams to embed SEO best practices.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and trends in AI-driven search technologies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in SEO.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO aspects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of search intent, content authority, internal linking, and site architecture.
• Expertise in implementing structured data and Schema markup.
• Demonstrated success in elevating a website’s presence on Google Search and newer AI-based search platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.
• Proficient with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs or Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Excellent analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and clear communication capabilities.

Job Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
Work Mode: Currently remote until further notice for office return.
Eligibility: Open to any graduate.
Salary Range: INR 250000 to 500000 per annum.
