Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage project and channel sales activities including cold calling, customer relationship management, and business development.
• Drive business growth aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
• Identify, cultivate, and nurture business partners through regular visits and training sessions.
• Conduct product demonstrations at client locations to provide detailed briefings.
• Establish and develop relationships with target organizations to expand business opportunities.
• Enhance brand visibility in the market to boost sales volumes and revenue generation.
• Assess business potential and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets, thereby increasing turnover.
• Acquire new and relevant business partners to strengthen the sales network.
• Maintain detailed daily reports using Excel or CRM tools for management review and performance evaluation.

Candidate Profile

• Confident communicator with the ability to engage CXO-level decision makers effectively.
• Proven experience in channel sales, preferably with security-related products such as CCTV, video door phones, and access door control systems.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
